Two RAMs Not Working Together: How to Fix This

Sometimes not all RAM sticks detected ram not detected in slot 2 Turns out despite my motherboard being brand new, ordered around a week ago, the B2 slot seems to be the issue after testing I don't understand rams slot receiver My pc has 16gb of maximum ram capacity with 2 ram slots My problem is when I inserted a 8gb ram in one slot it is not detected
